“The whole process from the start to the end was amazing. Clear and fast communication with Emma. She was very good at finding dates that would suit both care home and the trainer. Julia the trainer was really good. We had venepuncture training done and all the staff including myself absolutely loved it. Julia was patient with staff that has never done the training before. Everyone that attended the training absolutely loved it. Well done to the whole team, for being so efficient”

“Mary delivered Anaphylaxis training to our team and was extremely knowledgeable. Mary asked about our service users and was able to tailor the training to the teams needs as the training continued. Mary was able to answer all of the questions that the team had and reassure those who were concerned about an event possibly happening. Informative and personable. If we need specific training in the future we look to book again.”

“Team attended Breakaway Techniques training and found it to be helpful. The team now feel less intimidated if they were to be faced with a situation where they had to deal with a physical incident in the workplace. The trainer was very friendly and approachable and demonstrated the techniques in an interactive way. The training was also quick and easy to book. I would recommend this training to others as a preventative measure if they deal with people face-to-face on a regular basis.”

“the training we had was dementia awareness , it was very informative, helpful and gave out care staff a lot of extra insight into caring for people with dementia, The trainer was very good, down to earth and kept things interactive and interesting. would definitely use again .”
