“The course teacher was nice but he spoke very quietly and sometimes it was hard to hear him. There was quite a lot of content that was nursing centred but we are support workers so it didn’t really resonate with us. I did learn a lot as some of the techniques have changed since I last had training. Some of the content felt repetitive and I think the morning theory part went on too long.”

“The course was adequate but no training notes are provided and after the course they refused to send the training content and ignored my further emails! Their enquiries email doesnt work so i had to email their Finance department! Hightly unprofessional.”

We provide activity workbooks for all of our courses that are used to make training notes throughout the session, if you have not received this please let me know and we will ensure that you get sent a copy straight away. We do not provide our training presentations free of charge, however do sell our Safeguarding Children and Adults presentation if these are of interest to you. I would be happy to put you through to a course advisor should you wish. “I had a good experience with caring for care. I attended the BLS and Moving and Assisting training and thought it was very informative and well structured. I thought good real life examples were given and the instructor didn’t shy away from providing real-life situations that you can find yourself in when life-saving action needs to be taken. The reason I have not given a 5 star rating is because I would’ve wanted more opportunities to practice the practical skills in the moving and assisting training. It was my first time doing this training and I feel more practice with immediate feedback from an instructor would’ve made me more confident in implementing these skills in a real life setting”

“The training was infrmative and I liked how the trainer concentrated on what the trainees wanted to get out of the session rather than having a set agenda. Felt the training refrehed my knowledge and skills and picked up some information/skills that I will incorporate into my training moving forward.”

“We did not receive course paperwork until trainer had had to delay the start of our course to phone the office and find out why we had not been sent the course paperwork. Course content in workbook was not covered. Trainer gave negative feedback to one delegate in front of the whole group. Trainer ended the course very abruptly, not giving a chance for us to say goodbye or share contact details.”

“I had a session with Kevin on moving and handling.He was very informative and applied his knowledge and expertise professionally and adequately. It was a thrilling session and I was glad he tutored the session.
