“The Basic Life Support training session was very informative and engaging. I felt fortunate to take part in it because the trainer created a supportive and encouraging learning environment. The session included helpful modules that guided us through the key skills and responsibilities involved in becoming a trainer. Throughout the training, there was a strong focus on promoting confidence and encouraging us to take action in our learning. This helped me believe that becoming a trainer is achievable with the right guidance and practice. The trainer was very respectful and treated everyone with professionalism and kindness, which made the experience even more positive. Overall, it was a valuable session that increased both my knowledge and my confidence.”
