“Shaun our trainer was amazing, kind, patient and thorough, he fully explained everything and got us involved, he answered every single question with ease and made us and our opinions feel valid, the course was very enjoyable and the time went by to quickly, I would definitely forward what I have learnt from Shaun and the course, the course covered every necessary subject needed and I feel very confident to apply what I have learnt into my everyday work/home/social life, Shaun was an amazing teacher and I thank him for his time patience and experience, he is a credit to your team”

“Interesting course "ear irrigation". Easy to find in Stoke although missed the entrance in far right corner of car park. Good discussion and debate. Excellent delivery and slides. John knew what he was talking about. Opportunities to ask questions. Nice small group on this occasion. Enjoyed the day very much. Only concern I had was, I had no response to my emails sent before the course, or the phonecall I made re course information. No Biggie though. Carry on the good work guys.”

“Fantastic learning experience , made me feel relaxed in the training sessions and i can revalidate with the CPD hours needed. I will be booking up more training to update my clinical skills.
