We recent attended the assessor training for manual handling competency assessor. The trainer, Sarah, was brilliant in her training delivery and really supported us to deliver competencies in a way which is supportive, yet thorough. The training venue was also great!

Absolutely Fantastic Dementia Training! ⭐ I’ve just completed a dementia training session with Cindy Yeo, and I am genuinely blown away. She delivered the session with such calmness, warmth, and approachability that everyone instantly felt comfortable to ask questions and engage. Her knowledge is exceptional, you can tell she truly understands dementia care on a deep, practical, and human level. The way she explained concepts, gave real examples, and connected theory to everyday practice made the entire training incredibly interesting and easy to absorb. I left feeling inspired, better equipped, and much more confident in how to support people living with dementia. One of the best training sessions I’ve attended in a long time. Highly recommended!

I recently completed the bowel management training and was genuinely impressed by the clarity, depth, and practicality of the content. The course presented essential information in a way that was easy to understand, highly relevant, and immediately applicable to real-world care settings. The trainer, Sharon Cualip was knowledgeable and approachable, creating a comfortable learning environment where questions were encouraged and thoroughly answered. I especially appreciated the focus on person-centred care, safe practice, and recognising when to escalate concerns — all crucial aspects of supporting individuals with dignity and confidence. The practical demonstrations and case studies were extremely helpful, making the learning both engaging and memorable. I came away feeling far more confident in assessing bowel health, understanding the Bristol Stool Chart, and implementing effective bowel management strategies. Overall, this training exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone working in health or social care who wants to improve their knowledge, skills, and quality of care.
