“Craig recently completed self-harm and ligature for our staff team at Swanton Care and Community. Craig was very professional, and showed a great depth of understanding and knowledge in the area. He was able to empathise with staff members experiences, which I know our staff team really appreciated. Craig ensured that all staff members felt comfortable and ensured that breaks were given throughout due to the nature of the subject. The course was sourced in a timely manner, and Emma offered support throughout to ensure the service received the appropriate training required for the service.”
