“The trainer that we have had for our first 4 courses with you has been excellent. The courses have been very good and staff have learnt a great deal. We do feel though that the pricing is too much, as we are only a small Private Nursing Home. We only have 5 nurses and £750 + vat is a lot of money. It would be better if you did per person for smaller businesses. We are really pleased with the standard of Customer Service, nothing is any trouble. We would like to book a lot of courses with you but unfortunately, the cost is the problem.”

“The teaching on prevention and management of pressure ulcers, and catheter care was of a very high standard. The teaching was of a very high standard making it easy to retain all we were taught. It was excellent, because the communication was of a high standard. I gained a lot by being at the teaching session.”
