“The session was clear, practical, and very relevant to our daily work. The trainer (Matt) explained techniques well and encouraged participation, making it easy to understand and apply. It was a helpful refresher on safe practices and the importance of proper manual handling in care.”

“Lovely course and all the team learnt well. Vic started without the slides even though I had said about not having AV equipment and he said he would bring some. I felt some of the theory was delivered very quickly and the team missed bits. I was taking notes throughout and the way he was jumping from topic to topic was not clear initially. But we did get all the info and the practical was great and brought it all together. Would be good to also have a practical element for choking, I have in other courses I have taken and given we are food service based it would be a helpful element.”
