“All the staff gained a great deal from the training sessions and were very impressed with the delivery, the training material and the content. Alison went above and beyond to make sure the training was tailored to our specific resident's needs, she is an exceptional trainer and we would welcome her back at any time to Dee View, she is so knowledgeable and took time to ensure all the staff met their learning outcomes. She is a credit to your organisation”
