“Caring for Care and their trainer, Ian, delivered an excellent breakaway training session. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, with the booking procedure being straightforward and well organised. The admin team were extremely supportive throughout, and Jeanette in particular was always helpful, responsive and happy to assist with any questions. Ian was highly knowledgeable, professional and engaging, ensuring everyone taking part remained involved and attentive during the session. His clear explanations and practical approach made the training both informative and easy to follow. Overall, a very positive experience.”
