“It was great to interact with others in group discussions and practicals, Liam was very helpful, there wasn’t anything he couldn’t help us with. When people think of training courses they think it’s boring and will drag but I actually enjoyed doing the course and learnt quite a lot.”

“Honestly, being a 7 hours training, I occupied a position that can allow me to sleep but unfortunately it was never what I thought. The trainer speaks so enthusiastically. I was much interested to no more. The class was so lively. I enjoyed every bit of it. Most importantly, I learned skills that will help discharge my duties whilst keeping my self and service user safe.”
