“Chris was amazing. Really explained why moving and handling is so important. Was very patient and listened to the group. Made the session fun. Enjoyed listening to him and his amazing careers he has had. He was great if you had an injury etc made sure you were okay doing the excises.”

“The training was relevant to my field. The trainer was excellent and demonstrated that she had knowledge in this field. The material was very good. The facility was comfortable and there were no disturbances. On the other hand it is difficult to listen to the trainer while writing notes , so may we please be sent the Training Slides. Thank you”
