“The training we received at Burnham Lodge on the 3rd of May was outstanding. Communication skills was good. Treated us all as individuals which enabled us all to join in the nutrition and hydration was particularly good. There was a few good pointers. And will certainly help our home going forward to achieve excellent thank you on behalf of all our staff”
