Myself and 2 colleagues attended the manual handling train the trainer update. We attended on the 4th June at Stoke-on-Trent. The venue was great, finding it was great and there was adequate parking! The trainer made all feel welcome, and kept us all engaged, and shared her knowledge and experience with great enthusiasm. The content was appropriate and relevant to our requirements. Very good day!

I really enjoyed the training as it was what i needed to update my skills .I learnt a lot from this day training on the knowledge side and update of my skills. John was very professional and read the room well, he had a lot of knowledge with some experiences of his own which is always good to hear. I do feel that John should have more belief and confidence in himself on the topic as he said he had never seem some of the slides on the power point before or the competency workbook but i would never had known if he hadn't told me so if I have any suggestions it would be to maybe not tell people these things. Everything was great I would definitely do another course ,it was enjoyable to learn in the environment.

I have learned more about palliative care and end-of-life care. It was quite a heavy topic but actually interesting at the same time. Thank you, Julie! 🥰

Building a strong foundation of knowledge benefits both the caregiver and the recipient of care. Continuous learning ensures the best possible outcomes. Dedication to ongoing education demonstrates a commitment to quality care. Really learned a lot, especially wound care management.
