“The Safeguarding training session, went very well, the instructor adapted the session to our needs, as we are a small charity working with vulnerable clients. We were able to ask lots of questions, the session gave us food for thought and has highlighted a few things we needed to put in place.”

“We commissioned Caring for Care for a Client that contacted Network for Practices for Catheterisation Training. The bookings process was clear, communication with Emma Birks, who I dealt with was great, she answered any questions I had and was quick to respond to any queries. We sorted everything easily. I was not present for the training itself, but the feedback has been great, and communication from the lovely Trainer was good. I hope to be Commissioning Caring for Care again in the future.”

“We purchased the Syringe Driver training as this is no longer offered through the NHS in our area. The trainer, Jo, was fantastic called before hand to get an idea of the service and the needs we require. The course content was appropriate and delivered in a way that got people involved. We were also offered an additional course for the afternoon session at a reduced rate, we chose Wound Management and again the course was received really well and we were also provided with information to use following the session to help continued learning. The whole process was really smooth and efficient to book, pay for and accommodate. Will definitely use again in the future.”
