“Good training on Epilepsy. The trainer was Doctor so knew his stuff. There were a few technical issues with the zoom, but didn't impact. Good overall.”

“The training session was well-organised and covered relevant content that was insightful and aligned with my role. The instructor delivered the material effectively, ensuring the concepts were clear and easy to follow. However, I noticed the absence of practical, hands-on exercises. Incorporating practical elements, such as case studies, role-playing scenarios, or interactive activities, would have greatly enhanced the learning experience and helped solidify the concepts. Overall, the training was informative, and I appreciate the effort put into its delivery. Adding a practical component in future sessions would make it even more impactful and engaging.”

“Everything was fine with the training however maybe the trainer mentioned too much historical knowledge that i found boring for example information about 1977.”

“Customer service was excellent. The availability of courses was excellent. The trainer was very friendly and approachable and clearly VERY knowledgeable. We would have preferred the training to have been a little more interactive, there was a lot of him just talking to us, and I do appreciate that First Aid At Work has a lot of knowledge to get across, but asking questions and getting interaction from us would have been great. But otherwise, very good training, thank you!”
