“From the very first call to Emma Birks to the delivery of the course at our site by Ann Holland, everything went smoothly for me trying to get a mixed set of staff on varying shifts in one place for training seemed like a nightmare but both ladies made life easier. All of the staff really enjoyed the course and feel confident going forward. Emma kept in touch with me throughout the booking process and a follow up afterwards too. The course cost was very reasonable compared to a lot of others out there on the market and was delivered in a very friendly professional way that all of the staff understood. Thank you both for getting the team trained and ready to help others.”
