“I thought the training I had was very in dept information and whenever the trained was asked a question he was able to give a really knowledgeable answer back”

“Very thorough. The practical was very well explained. Felt the first day could of been shorter and went back and fore on how to train to heavily would of liked some practical also on first day.”

“Thank you John Starr for the T34 Pump Training received yesterday. I appreciated the time you put into the training. Lots of problem solving and hands on opportunities. Two days into my new post I appreciated this training opportunity despite some of the irrelevant aspects of the training but realize they needed to be included. I know how difficult it is (from personal experience) to tailor training to be either child or person specific in every case. Thank you, I feel more confident about using the T34.”
