“This was my first purchase from the company and my last -
It was a retirement gift so timing was important & sent next working day etc. The rose did not arrive and apparently never reached the postal service. As a result my friend did not get her gift and if I try to re-send it will just look like an after thought rather than being a nice surprise.
I am so upset and disappointed.”

“Paid for next day delivery after a family bereavement, was not sent out 6 days later, requested to cancel and refund and the delivery was intercepted as had still not even been sent - had to purchase elsewhere a week later”

Trying to revive them but no real progress so far. What should I do?

“Very poor quality rhubarb crowns , some even had white mildew growing on them. I will be lucky if half of them survive. First and last time for this company. Although Delivery was very swift.”
“I paid for 24 hour delivery for a day I was off work. Nothing arrived. I emailed multiple times to be told it was a supply issue, then the link for Royal Mail tracking they sent didn't work. I work full time and not in during the day so this was really inconvenient and I didn't find customer service very helpful. Perhaps the plants will arrive today. Who knows? Disappointing and expensive mistake to order from this company. Hopefully this is unusual as an experience.”
“I ordered 3 rhubarb roots and only grew one. I received roots that were already in bad condition, very small, only one was okay. It happened exactly as I suspected, the two would not survive.
I planted them in the best quality soil with the addition of fertilizer - fish blood and bones - to have beautiful plants, but it did not happen!”
