“My plants arrived completely squashed flat from the top of the pot.
Instead of them being posted in a bigger box to protect them and really tight elastic bands with cut through the base of the stem, Instead of just using a bit of string loosely tied.
I will NOT be ordering again from Carbeth Plants as this is the second time I have addressed this issue and clearly no one cares what we, the buyer feel or how we receive our Plants!

“Rubbish specimens of buddlia,unhealthy twigs with a couple of leaves if you are extremely lucky, autistic daughter wanted to make a butterfly garden and chose to buy from carbeth plants from the pictures on their website, she was gutted with what arrived as was I.”
“The roses I received were in a very poor state ! One was more dead wood than healthy-plant considering their cost I was very disappointed . Not good enough to plant in my garden ! Sadly these were put in my composter .”
“The plants are healthy but that is the only good thing I can say.I have ordered twice from them and both times the customer service with a problem was very bad. Will not be ordering anything else for sure! First some plants arrived the ones I really wanted ‘to follow’, after waiting a long time I contacted them…no record of said plants!?..Had to send them my confirmation email to eventually get a refund as sold out!? second order paid for over night delivery.. didn’t arrive until5 days later because ‘I missed the cut off time’ but they wouldn’t refund the difference even though they were offering free delivery at the time! “My rose looked very limp and weak when it arrived cut off the dead parts and watered it but it is still looking limp and l also don't believe it's the snow goose rose l ordered.

“I got last year "Strawberry Bare Root Plants - Christine" - arrived okay, roots were good, survived almost all, grown okay. I got few baby roots, winter went well. But, strawberries from them are very small. Last year I thought they were too young, but this year they are old enough but produce badly, small berries, and they looked after very well, as another type of strawberries which I had before grow aside and produce super good comparing to these. I would recommend to avoid this type.”
“I wouldn’t give any stars as I’m still waiting for the plant. Amazon notified me to say it was on its way, then nothing. I could get no response from Amazon. I have sent a screenshot. Carbeth now insist my plant was sent by Royal Mail. Their screenshots don’t open.”
“had to throw all but few plants away. the first order came neatly packed and labelled but with dead plants. i tried to revieve them but dispite fresh water and fed they never came back to llife. the second order about three weeks late cam un lbelled and over half were dead, planted the alive ones but again half have died. will not use them again.”
“Ordered online and was notified that the item had been dispatched the next day. Days later it hadn’t arrived so I contacted them only to be told it had been out of stock all along and the order would take weeks or even months to compete. The dispatch notification was untrue. No apology.”
