Unlike your competitors plants they arrived without leaves or flowers, cut back as if it was November.

These plants were not as advertised and did not look like the photographs you displayed. This is a case for the saleof goods act and I will be taking this further.”

The plant looked like something you would purchase from the reduced section in a garden center as passed it's best. I have attached a photo of the actual rose.”

“My order was not delivered. I investigated its whereabouts and had no success using the tracking number given through the carrier Royal Mail as given by you. Needless to say I will not be using your company again nor recommend it to anyone!”
“Received a wool rose as an anniversary gift.
The growth on it was very weedy and covered in greenfly. Despite adequate watering the rose proceeded to slowly dry up and die off.
The single flower did not look anything like the tea rose type of flower pictured on the website, it was small and with few petals.
Upon investigation by an RHS qualified horticulturalist, it appears that this was a bare root plant, potted up in the wrong soil with the roots chopped off to fit in the pot. This rose would never have survived.
I would hazard a guess that some of the positive reviews of "the person I sent the gift to was very pleased" was sent before the plant died off due to the shocking damage caused!
Products received not as advertised, hardly surprising from someone who prides themselves on LinkedIn as a "Gorilla Marketer"
Upon further investigation of their website, you can actually see doctoring of their plants (images of flowers that are actually copied and pasted, sometimes flipped) I would highly suggest avoiding a company that behaves with such dishonesty!”
“Thought I was ordering a quality item but it was the complete opposite. Rose arrived theee days from order date and the plant was very poor condition with brown spots on foliage and dead heads on the bush not cut back. Plant food which I paid extra for supplied in a bag with no instructions. When you are paying nearly £40 you expect better quality than this. A gift for my widowed Uncle gone horribly wrong a complete lack of communication despite calling and contacting via e-Mail still completely ignored. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be using again.”

“I had high hopes for Carbeth Plants, but my experience was a complete letdown. I ordered eight rhododendrons for a garden project, expecting a professional service. Unfortunately, only one plant was labelled correctly, leaving me clueless about the varieties of the remaining seven.
When I reached out to Carbeth Plants, the response was sluggish and unhelpful. They speculated about the identity of three more plants, but their uncertainty was evident as all the plants looked identical. To make matters worse, our assistant gardener planted them assuming they were the same, leading to further confusion.
Despite my efforts to seek a resolution, I received none. The lack of proper customer service was glaring. If you value good customer service and reliable plant identification, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Carbeth Plants fails to deliver on both fronts.”
