I was very happy on the arrival of the rose in a lovely hessian bag and bow but was very saddened by the state of the rose when I opened it up. It is a gift for my son and daughter’s 1st Wedding anniversary, there was a couple of stems which were snapped in half and it looked bedraggled, nothing like the picture on the internet. I am trying to nurture it at the moment as it is his anniversary on Thursday😕😕😕”
“I payed for 12 Strawberry plants but they sent me 8. They refused to supply the missing 4 and told me their policy is to refund. I returned the plants but they didn't communicate or refund me.”

“Recieved 3 dead tomato plants pushed into what looked like dry sand didn't know what to expect for £12 but payed for what was just an empty box .just threw them in the bin.couldnt be bothered to try and return will never use on line plants again with any one just robbery disgusting now wont except photos what a surprise”
“I was assured my plant would arrive in time for my party as it was a gift. When it didn’t arrive on the selected day I was told it had been despatched. Still didn’t arrive on the day do I said I would be asking for a full refund from PayPal. The refund was given within 2days. This says to me the tree was never despatched and they lied. Won’t use this company again”
“The asparagus plants arrived in a box that just held two plain plastic bags, with nothing to indicate the variety in each bag. The roots are desiccated and had no planting instructions. Not impressed!”
“Bad dead plant. Terribly packed. They sent a return label that didn’t work. Had to pay the return postage myself. Then they said they had refunded ( but they didn’t ) Eventually had to open a dispute via PayPal. STEER CLEAR

“Strawberry plants looked dead when arrived and were nothing like a raspberry plant which arrived at the same time from Suttons shown on the right of the attached photo.
In future I will be using Suttons on future orders”
“Badly packed. Most of the plugs were damaged because of this, and took 5 days to arrive from notification they had been despatched. All have since died. Only received half my order.
In fairness, the company have apologised and refunded my total costs, but I would have preferred good plants!”
