“I ordered 20 Cambridge strawberry plants,they arrived in good condition unfortunately there was only 17,l have sent 3 emails made 3 phone calls leaving messages,they have been totally ignored,carbeth are totally unprofessional.”

“Very disappointed, should have known better than to order pea plants by post. Plants were obviously grown inside, they were long and weak and very bent when unpacked. All I could do was cut them back, repot, and hope they come back.”
“My daughters organised an anniversary Rose to be delivered for our 40th wedding anniversary. When it arrived all the main stems had been cut back there was a dead stem in the centre and you could see black on the stems just below where they had been cut.
There were no leading stems and not a bud anywhere , in fact I doubt very much if it will flower this year. Like a number of customers we were told that we could have a refund if we paid for the postage for the rose to be delivered back to them. Extremely Poor plant. Definitely no recommending this company.”
“My plant arrived tipped out of it's pot and pretty much dead unfortunatley. Assume it got damaged in transit. Have tried to revive it but not looking. Also plant was very small and I managed to get one twice the size at local garden centre for half the price.”
“I purchased the Hosta collection should have been 3 different plants. When they arrived there was 2 plants the same nothing like what was advertised in the picture. Also the plants didn't look very healthy. Total waste of money. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company. I have purchased Hosta plants from the Range before and been very pleased with them. The quality of the plants was very good and the price was less then half of what your company charges.”

“My husband ordered 3 roses as a gift for my birthday, 2 plant packed in one box and damaged most of the branches probably from the transport, and when I replant it in the ground the roots was terrible looks like just freshly dug up and put in the pot and put a new compost as it was really lose and no soil in the middle thats why the leaves start to turn yellow. Im just so disappointed never gonna order here again.
Ps.Wish i take a photo before i replanted it,so you can see how bare the roots.”
“Very disappointing service and communication. Ordered a Tin 10th Wedding Anniversary rose but it came without a label saying what it was; it just looked like an ordinary rose that I could have picked up from the local garden centre. As this was a gift the label was important to show what it signified and to make it look "special". Despite emailing Carbeth and leaving phone messages I have had no response and have no other way of making contact. I have resorted to making my own label in the end, but it's certainly not the way I wanted to present the gift. Will not be recommending Carbeth or shopping with them again.”
“I was really disappointed, when my friend showed me the rose there was no flower at all on this rose but clearly that some were cut off.
I felt extremely embarrassed and feel I need to buy them another present. Could not recommend your company.”
“Incredibly small and delicate marigold plants, some with broken stems . I doubt they will survive more than a few days. Very disappointing indeed.
The nasturtiums look very sick and tired, with several brown leaves. Not at a.ll pleasant to look at.”
“I am sorry but I am disappointed with the quality of the 3 Honeysuckle plants I received today. Based on the state of the plants as shown in the enclosed picture I would not be shopping with you again nor could I recommend you to others . I am seriously thinking of sending them back to you.”
