“Bad dead plant. Terribly packed. They sent a return label that didn’t work. Had to pay the return postage myself. Then they said they had refunded ( but they didn’t ) Eventually had to open a dispute via PayPal. STEER CLEAR SCAM COMPANY.”

“Carbeth plants are quality plants. I would have given them 4 stars but since customer service was prompt to reply and replaced an order that was wrongly shipped at no extra cost. I gave them 5 stars.”

“Strawberry plants looked dead when arrived and were nothing like a raspberry plant which arrived at the same time from Suttons shown on the right of the attached photo. In future I will be using Suttons on future orders”

“Badly packed. Most of the plugs were damaged because of this, and took 5 days to arrive from notification they had been despatched. All have since died. Only received half my order. In fairness, the company have apologised and refunded my total costs, but I would have preferred good plants!”

“I bought grass seed for a lawn that had been ravaged by chickens… the letting agents didn’t hold out any hope I had done the right thing. But the grass survived birds and deer and is thriving. I’m excited to see my lawn come back and almost feel the garden breath again. Thank you x”

“1st time used, great service with fast delivery. I did think the plants would have been a little bigger but that's possibly me not reading the dimensions properly. Good quality plants though and they smell awful which is fantastic as I got them to keep the cats away”

“I ordered 3 Tomato plants, 3 strawberry plants and some raspberry canes , delivered by Royal Mail within 5 days to Stornoway (isle of lewis) it's a shame other companies can't do that . They were planted with 2 days of arrival.”
