“Completely messed up my 2 seperate orders. One order was not received at all and the one that was delivered was sent to the wrong address. It took countless emails to try to get this resolved and when I cancelled the order and requested a refund was sent a label to return the goods before refund could be issued!!. As nothing had been received this was impossible. If anyone had bothered to answer the phone perhaps this could have been resolved much quicker. Would not use again.”

“I ordered some cherry blossom tree after looking at the lovely pictures on the website, but didn't really expect the tiny plants that arrived. They were in a tiny box and I was shocked really to see them, and eventually laughed because I'd been so stupid; and I was sitting in a garden centre having coffee at the time. The plants seem healthy, but after emailing Abigail and Eve realise I am stuck with two tiny trees that will probably not reach a descent height for another 10 -15 years, so it's best to be realistic about buying online.”

“I ordered twice from Carbeth. Once from Amazon and once directly. The two rhubarb crowns from Amazon that I ordered were black/rotten and slimy on arrival. I put that down to bad luck. The second time I ordered direct and this time a 1 litre size Rhubarb plant arrived with yellow leaves and looking very worse for wear. I planted it and I’m trying to nurse it back to Health. All in all, I’m not terribly impressed with the quality of the plants which is a great shame as I like to try and support Scottish firms.”
