“I was very disappointed with the quality of the plants sent (tomatoes x 3 varieties, 15 plants in total. They were clearly seedlings that had just been potted so the had almost no root ball when I tapped them out of the pots to plant. The main stem if one of the plants had been nipped so I thought I’d Lise it. However, after planting last week it seems to have picked up. I’m not sure how it will cope with the weight of the plant as it grows.”

“The plant was lovely but delivery very disappointing! I ordered a Ruby anniversary rose as a present on Thurs evening so it would be delivered on Saturday. The website does not say that the courier they use does not deliver on Saturday. I also paid extra for next day delivery. It needs to be made clear that this is only possible for deliveries Mon- Fri.”
“I was so looking forward to receiving this clematis ( Duchess of Edinburgh),as I used to have one many years ago when I lived in France. The delivery was prompt but I was disappointed to note there were several lower leaves which were yellow and weak and these have since dropped. I have repotted and kept it out of direct sunshine and it appears to be ok. I don’t think it will be strong enough to flower this year so I must be a patient 82 year old!!”
“A bit disappointed that the plant was so small ,nothing like the size in the advert.With postage the little plant was twice the cost of my local garden centre. Onthe plus side it looks very healthy.”
