“The plants were not put in boxes with arrow facing right direction so they were transported horizontally. Soil fell out, there was leaf damage. No care instructions were provided and these are a gift so they won't know what to. I don't want to direct them to a website! I paid extra for the plant treatment to be added but no idea if it was given to both plants or whether was even added.”

“Disappointed-ordered an Alocasia Stringray and this plant with lots of damaged leaves arrived - not even sure if it’s an Alocasia. I know it was a Black Friday offer but it wasn’t what I’d hope for. Tried to upload a photo without success.”

“Ordered a 6ft pot grown Nordmann Fir. To be planted in my garden. Tree arrived when expected, 3 working days, and had to be immediately dug in as was a tad dry. Delivery should be sped up as it was just lucky I had a day off. However, the tree itself looks great. The '6ft' does include 18in to 24in of a top piece so the foliage makes it look a tad small. I had reason to contact Carbeth Plants and got a timeous reply. All in all a great buy though. Highly recommended”
