“Appalling delivery service. Order placed on Monday 12th dec delivered on 22nd December after 5 phone calls all promising it was on the van and out for delivery on different days. I live a mile away from the Tamworth main office so it’s delivered on their own vehicle so this wasn’t down to couriers.”

“I have dealt with this firm for several years now. When I have ordered something to be delivered, it always came quickly. If I picked up items locally at Euro Parts, I have always found the staff friendly and efficient.The number thing though is that the prices are good.”

“Ordered parts on a Saturday and was told I would be able to collect on Monday but the parts didn't arrive till the Tuesday and was 1 short which was then delivered on the Wednesday. So not full stars from me unfortunately.”
