“I managed to get a good price with a bank holiday discount code. Parts were massively cheaper than main dealer. However putting my license plate in for brake discs and pads resulted in my buying discs which werent the same size as those which came with the car and had to be returned. Return was easy. I'd use again but would always check parts on my car first rather than relying on the Web site to select the right ones”

“When you spend nearly £400 on parts you expect it to be the correct items. Not just that, but for the customer service to sort it, not argue. A refund was given after a very long winded process and two drives to their offices after their main number said they can't sort it. Out of pocket for so much petrol and time, extremely frustrating.”
