“I wish they'd be more straight forward with pricing. Stop pretending everything is on sale and just have the prices as what they are with the pretend discount. Never had an issue with delivery or customer service though and the staff in the durham shop are very helpful and friendly. It is confusing though if you want to return an item to a shop but you didn't know that carparts4less items are just taken to eurocarparts. The packaging for the battery said to open before taking into the house and it provided clear instructions that I should remove bungs from battery otherwise it could cause damage or explosion. I had no idea to do this otherwise.”
