“i ordered bulb off car parts website for collection in the maidenhead euro car parts branch i went there and waited 30 mins before i got served absolute disgusting service. it wasnt even a long que there was only 1 person infront of me. i wont be using car parts for less or euro car parts again i will be going else where.”

“Bought some service materials and had a mobile mechanic put to do the service he found the o ring on the fuel filter spilt before even attempting to fit in the car luckily my old one was still clean ill be back for a full refund”

“I have a serious complaint of intimidation against one of your staff at one of your branches. I went to your Wembley main office to personally talk to some senior manager and to appraise him of the situation. The lady manager tried to help me. She talked to some senior person over the phone, who was not in the office. That senior person advised the lady manager to provide me with the customer service phone number! Does the senior manager think that I was not able to find the customer service number online and therefore I travelled up to your Wembley office? He was basically not interested in listening to the complaint and wanted to get rid of the situation.”

“Car parts for less share website and premise with Euro car parts.They appear to be the same company. If I ordered from Euro the parts were in stock, as I ordered from CP4 less, I had to wait 3 days, even though the same parts were on the shelf.Apart from that a good service.”
