“Parts ordered 9th April. Finally got them 3rd may after having to go to a euro car parts shop to chase them in person and collect the parts . Online chat, customer service emails and ringing the store all failed to get parts to my house. Would not use them again.”

“picked parts up last monday , couldnt use them till 18 th april , both parts were wrong , should of checked them straight away, had to go to halfords bank holiday monday to get the correct parts ,as i needed my vechicle tuesday .”

“I went in store 3 working days after receiving confirmation Email that everything is ready for collection. My order was not in the computer System, I had to wait 30 min and I did not receive the complete order. One of the items was not available. The store Manager blamed the IT department And explained that there is always discrepancy between actual stock and online Availability.”

“The product I had, a clutch kit had the wrong bearing ,I called and enquired whether the customer adviser could therefore check another product to see if it was wrongly packaged and was instead told nothing can be done and offered a return and refund . I then called in to a local euro car parts and explained the situation who took time to check another box to find it was the wrong bearing in the original . Sorted out in the end but with no help from your customer adviser.”
