“Ordered online with delivery. Was contacted later by them to say it could only be collected due to its size. Agreed a pick up, and I’ve heard nothing since. It’s been a week and a half now. As I’ve been invited to review the service by them I think it’s only reasonable to tell it as it is right now.”
