“I paid a premium for a Hella coil pack, but a cheaper version arrived. Due the car not working I was forced to use the sent item. It worked just fine, but it is annoying to be charged for the premium product and yet you are sent the cheaper version. I can’t be bothered with contacting them to try and get either the difference refunded or the correct item sent to me.”

“Only issue is collection, it’s time consuming and the staff don’t fancy reading the order number but expect me to read a long number that they consistently type in incorrectly. Would be good to have the ability for a collection slot that would allow the team to retrieve the part prior to collection. Queue’s ridiculous long to collect an item!”

“Nothing wrong with the parts or price but was served by a young person who when asked for a receipt told me abruptly that receipts were not issued for contactless payments and promptly left the customer area seemingly to avoid any further discussion”

“Carparts4Less was the least expensive supplier of the Pro-User Diamant SG2Plus Bike Carrier that I had chosen. Click & Collect suffered a delivery delay but all explained via Facebook Messaging & staff at Worcester texted & phoned to offer delivery to my home. I collected it myself as I was in town that day. The 24kg package was trolleyed to my car by a helpful staff member. Regarding the delay, I was given a large container of Screenwash. Will use CarParts4Less again.”
