“I ordered wiper blades on line and had them delivered to the local store for collection. The blades proved to be an exact match for my daughter's Fabia and were therefore very easy for me to fit. I was happy with the price I paid for the blades, the ease of obtaining the correct ones and the service provided through the Car Parts for Less website and thereafter their delivery arrangements.”

“Ordered. waited 2 weeks, heard nothing. messaged support who said it had 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts. however i live in accommodation with a 24 hour reception so there's no possible way the delivery attempt was missed. so i phone up the store to try and see whats going on and they inform me it's been refunded. no explanation. delivery cost not refunded. no items. complete waste of my time, money and energy. Very frustrated, improvments needed. Chat people were nice though.”

“The oil was correct the rear wipwe blade for m y 3003 Hond Civic was wrong so i now have to change it the service in the Reading shop was very slow why oh why dont they have a second till for click and collect items”

“Ordered items on Friday morning on-line and informed by a message the items wouldn't be ready for click and collect until Monday, so not great. Called at the Crewe branch to collect on Monday just after lunch, I was fourth in the queue and it took 20-25 minutes to get served, there was one person serving despite there being many people in the office in the background, all the people waiting to be served were grumbling at the service and the queue got longer and longer. When I got served the items were all correct and the lady serving was corteous though I could tell she wasn't happy to be left to serve alone at such a busy time.”
