“I've ordered parts over Internet website in the evening and they were ready to collect next day from the shop. Just like I was hoping for. Its not the first time I ordered something and definitely not the last. Big thanks to the staff at collecting point as well. They do really care what they doing there (such a rarity today) I'm a happy customer. Yes I would recommend car parts 4 less.”

“I ordered service parts engine oil ,oil filter , air filter, cabin filter , through website for me to collect at local Europarts store ,on 30/9/2022 , receive email saying collect following day at 10am , went along to store to collect order , they could not find the 5Ltr of engine oil , I waited 1 hour in store for them look for said oil , they decided to reorder said oil for collection for the 3/10/2022 so I could not service that weekend and also carparts4less charged me £2 for click and collect , where I could had delivered for free as over £100 pound order , I am not amused and disappointed”

“Was quoted £1500 by dealer for new headlight then found that car parts 4 less had one for approx £1000 less. Surprised to find that this was exactly the same as what is fitted to car in the first place.”

“Took over 7 days to get my parts, contacted them twice about delivery, I was told that Euro car parts was to deliver but would get back to me. I gave Car Parts 4 Less delivery time after 13:30 Monday or Tuesday, I didn’t hear anything so called in local Euro car parts for them to say the parts had been delivered at 12:10 and were behind my bins outside the house.”

“They initially got the order wrong and delivered the wrong part. One quick phone call and 3 hours later the correct part arrived and they took away the incorrect delivery. Marvellous.”
