“Placed order for click and collect. Different brand handed over next day as they don't had actual item in store. Next day revisited store for return but they don't had staff to process online items refund but euro car parts Slough was open for sales only. Ridiculous customer service.”

“Ordered brake parts for daughters car was not informed a part was not in stock until I contacted them after 3 days to see what was happening.It took a week to get from placing original order to receive total order. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE THIS TIME. Need to do better.”
