“Prices are generally reasonable, but service is always poor. Counter staff treat the customers as an inconvenience, and take an age to find pre ordered items. It’s even worse if you ask them to lookup a part and go off to their store to find it. Endless clicking on the keyboard ending with a painfully slow printout. This company could really benefit from bringing in a senior person experienced in over-the-counter service, e.g. in the style of Screwfix. Essentially the same business model. A good business opportunity going begging.”

“I was having trouble sourcing wipers for my Dacia and the name brand was so expensive. I went online to CarParts, put in my reg , bought the right wipers much cheaper!! Picked them up locally the next day. Job done, happy days . I'll be back.”

“Excellent price on an alternator for a Vauxhall insignia sports tourer 66 b engine. Do not attempt to remove the alternator yourself as it requires the driveshaft to be removed etc. 2 hours labour at Vauxhall.”
