“Full selection of part’s available for my cars, more so than other parts shops in the area. Very polite helpful staff on the counter when I collect, which I have been able to do every time I’ve searched for a part. Great pricing and good offers to be had. Thoroughly recommend!”

“I ordered car parts from CP4L during the Black Friday period. The parts were all showing as in stock at the point of placing the order and making the payment. Due to CP4L refusing to deliver the entire order because one of the items (Copper Grease) being considered Hazardous (the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of!), I was forced to pick it up in person from my local Euro Car Parts store. Well, the reason for ordering from CP4L in the first place was due to repeated bad experiences with Euro Car Parts in the past (also being aware that these are both one and the same company). It was confirmed that my order would be ready for the next day (Saturday) for pickup. I left it over the weekend and went to the store early on Monday morning. Past bad experiences repeated itself: 1. I stood in a queue for roughly 25 minutes waiting while only one customer was being tended to - this is due to only one out of the three pay points being manned. I have never seen any of the other pay points being manned before, however their back office is full of employees ever wondering about having better things to do than serving the customers in the shop front. 2. When I finally reached the front of the queue, my order was not ready as I understood from the e-mail confirmation that it would be and I was made to stand to the side waiting even longer. After another 20 minutes or so my ordered items were assembled on the counter but one item was short. I was told that the item was out of stock and that it would need to be ordered. So I agreed to return later that day to pick up the outstanding ordered item and left having wasted my time! Whatever you have going on at your Euro Car Parts store at Isleworth is not working - it is a shame! Your online ordering process is a shambles! Will I ever return as a customer now that I know Car Parts 4 Less is as bad as Euro Car Parts? Only time will tell...”

“Unfortunately I had issues when collecting the replacement pump there seemed to be issues with stock and communication with sister company. The replacement unit is considerably more noisy than the original,I am hoping it may settle down.”

“The rear wiper I ordered was as a result of entering my car details on the website. Black Friday offer made the price unbeatable and it was ready to collect next working day. Staff was helpful and I took the wiper home to fit there. The wiper would not fit whatsoever. I ended up taking the rubber out of the new one and fitting that into the original arm. Worked great, but it should have fitted straight out of the box.”
