“Excellent service on my latest order but I'm now totally confused regarding the delivery situation with Carparts4less. The other week I had to pay around a third extra for the same part collected at the same store using Eurocarparts as I couldn't order it from Carparts4less for collection on the same day. Confusing as CP4L and ECP were showing the same stock levels at the local store. Yesterday I ordered a set of plugs and some ignition coils from Carparts4less, after the previous experience I knew I couldn't get the items that day but it was OK I would be fitting them the following week. As the order was over £30 I decided to forgo paying £1.99 collection fee, (what is that about?), and opted for free standard delivery quoted as 3-4 working days. I was amazed when my order was delivered less than 2 hours later by one of the local ECP delivery vans. Come on CP4L/ECP standardise delivery across the 2 elements of the business and stop charging a collection fee. It would also be better if you could confirm the delivery date at the time of the order and stick to it as it was pure luck that I was still at home when my items were delivered.”
