“The exhaust I ordered ordered was reasonably priced and available next day by click and collect. Regrettably, although the branch was showing as having two of the exhaust clamps I ordered in stock, the one they supplied was the wrong size, and despite a search if the warehouse, none could be found. I therefore had to return a couple if days later to receive the correct part, which was not ideal.”

“I bought an air filter for my car online when I picked it up I went to my mechanic who said it didn't fit because it was too tall, so I went to the store and asked for the type for my car and this time I got the right one but I had to pay the difference in price, i.e. the discount I got when I bought it online. I checked the part number on the invoice that I chose online and that I got in the store and it turned out to be the same. So my question is why was I charged extra when I bought the same one online. The package had a different type of filter than I should have received”

“Great competitive prices but the collection process has always been very slow. ( EUROCARPARTS Chester branch) There is only one person to deal with the front counter and if there are 1 or 2 people in the queue it takes an age. It is not the person servings fault, there needs to be at least 2, even if it is one to do the picking so the other can deal with the customers.”
