“Very good customer service and quick delivery. Even got a refund on a very old purchase I made more than 3+ months after indicating to them that the product I purchased was not a good fit for my car, although the website stated it did fit.”

“All very good but I was surprised to be told to go to Screwfix for some M8 exhaust nuts and did bother to find out I wanted some copper ease too. Not quite the impeccable service I have been used to. Nevertheless I am still grateful to have places like this.”

“Prior to ordering brake disks I send a email to see if they could confirm if they were coated disks or not. They confirmed yes they are coated. So I ordered them and when they turned up they were uncoated. The online return didn’t work as the site kept saying it was unavailable. I eventually returned them in person. Set the job back but Halfords saved the day and were better priced also.”
