“Service from candi gifts was fine but the delivery company they chose DHL is absolutely rubbish! Still haven’t got our parcel a week later and they didn’t even attempt to deliver!!”

“Baskets beautiful,but the delivery service was disgusting as he was lazy and delivered to a different house at the far end of the block because he had a delivery there first,so not impressed when l stayed home all day 😕”

“Baskets are nice but much smaller than I was expecting. Not big enough for a food hamper. . But hopefully ok for a beauty hamper. Very disappointed. Will now have to go and buy more hampers.”

“Goods were as described and arrived very promptly. Unfortunately, the packaging was burst on one box and the other packaging was opened however I think this was down to the delivery partner not handling the packages with care and also leaving them on my doorstep without knocking on the door. I have given 3 stars because of the delivery partner not because of the quality of the goods.”

Good afternoon. I'm sorry to hear the basket you chose was too small for your requirements and subsequently gave a negative review on the product. All of our items have their measurements in the title so you don't have to judge the size from a photo as we appreciate this can often be difficult. You are welcome to return the basket to us if it is no use to you. Just let us know and we can email a returns form to you. Do you know the dimensions you need?
