“Ordered 3 jar jute bags , received 2 jar jute bags, which are no good for me, Tried phone several times , sent emails, have not had a response, very disappointed”

“Ordered 6 of the largest baskets (checked all measurements twice before ordering) upon delivery received 5 of the small sized baskets from a sealed box with no tampering . Called and spoke to Laura, who came on the phone very disinterested and certainly not with a customer centred approach, I advised I was missing one basket , and they had sent the wrong sizes. Laura said she would send a returns label, no mention of the missing basket and they would either refund or give a credit?? Why would I order anything else from this company who couldn't get a simple order correct and then gave me after thei me a shocking attitude on the phone! Do not recommend, this company at all.”
