“The first manual did not arrive as promised, due, I understand from an administration error. Although the manual is comprehensive and complete I am finding hard to read because of the print size. Would it not be possible to offer a larger print for people with sight problems?”

“This is a great service for those of us who desperately want a hard copy of a camera manual now that camera manufacturers put them online only. The turnaround time was very good from order to receipt. My only complaint was that the manual was printed on 6” x 8.25” paper and as a result, the type is very small and not easy to read. I had expected it to be printed on 8.5” x 11” (standard UK A6). When I complained, they did offer to reprint in the larger size but I felt guilty about having them do it again.”

“Book is fine, black & white, but small (6x8”) so difficult to read in dim light, and challenging to decipher some of the diagrams. But FAR better than trying to use on-line help, especially when you’re in the field … and you can “tab” frequently referenced items.”

“As you warned, the manuals arrived late, almost a month after I placed my order. I was wondering how a 914-page manual would be presented in a spiral-bound format (Nikon Z9). The answer was simple, three manuals! Works for me, but some might wonder the same and be hesitant to order not knowing. The package arrived in the Chicago area damaged and re-taped. It may have been a customs inspection issue. The books were not at all damaged. I highly recommend your service! It is so important on a complex electronic device to be able to footnote and highlight key passages as you learn and be able to update as your experience grows. PDFs don't accomplish that for me. Thanks.”

“Your work is excellent. That is why I always buy my manuals from you, But, and this may be on me, your manual was printed way too small for me. I have a very difficult time reading it. And like I said, this may be my fault alone (old eyes!)”
