“I wish the manual had been available when I first bought the camera around 2 years ago, it is so much easier to flip through a paper version than attempt to study it online. As it was, I made a concerted effort to examine and understand the capabilities of the camera without much recourse to the online manual until I was fully conversant with every aspect.”

“The detail is amazing to the point where it is a bit hard to find some of the basics. Maybe a separate "quick start" booklet would be handy for persons new to this particular camera? Mine is a Pentax K5, and I have been a Nixon user traditionally (from the "F" on up).”

“This is a professional job of copying the original manual. The only shortcoming is that one really can't make out the placement of parts or of the displayed information in the viewfinder as this is a B&W copy of what was obviously a colored manual when first produced. Regardless, the basic information on using the camera is detailed in the Leica manual.”
