“OTC did a great job producing the Z6/7 Nikon Reference Manual in a usable, portable format. Unfortunately, Nikon choses not to do this. Why only 4 stars? My 2 volume, 450 page, spiral-bound book was packed in a thinly padded envelope. In the long trip from the UK to the US, the wire bindings were bent/distorted in several locations. I had to reshape several "loops" to allow the books to be used without damaging pages. Please consider using packing materials (box?) that better protect the contents.”

“Communications about the progress of the order was extremely good and deserves credit. Since the Meter is an old one it and the expect a pristine copy of the manual would have been too much to ask but the copy I have is OK. Received in good packaging”

“Its very convenient to have a printed version of my camera manual. However, the ring binding doesn’t work well. The last pages work themselves out during use. I believe the binder is somewhat small for the number of pages.”

“I received a manual for Minolta maxxum 7 and was very disappointed it didn't have a ring binder like my sony a77ll and sony a99. I was going to give a 3 star review but based on my 2 previous orders I didn't.”

“Extremely well made! If the print was just a shade larger, it would be easier on my 88yr old eyes ...otherwise excellent, and so much easier to use than on the computer ... turning back pages is a doddle!”

“They supplied my manual on time and well produced. The only reason I don't give very good is because some of the pages need to be smoothed out near the margin when most of the manual has been gone through. However, I guess that is a function of the number of the pages and the need to keep the spiral binding proportionate to that. I have used this service before and expect to do so again.”
