“Excellent service from Calido logs. First time using this company, delivery was very quick and well wrapped. I chose nets over loose bulk because I have to carry through house to log store. Excellent way of storing aswell. Many thanks.”

“Calido firelog briquettes. 1/2 size! 4th year. the best. Last year's left outside in covered area still bone dry. If the large logs are too big or less easy to start fire break them in 2! Also easier to unpack. Drop a pack onto a metal bar from chest height or onto brickwall edge. See photos below! Cut the very tight cover and tip easily to wood basket! “I have now purchased two pallets of Calido Birch logs. These are exactly as advertised, i.e., properly kiln dried and packed in a storage pallet which is easy to get into my garden with a minimum of handling via the helpful delivery company driver. They arrived at the time specified. They burn very well and leave no mess in my log burner. I am pleased that I found Calido and will continue to buy my logs and kindling from them. Well done Calido. It is not often nowadays that you can rely on a company to do what it says. This is one who does. thank you.”

“Ordering logs from Calido online is quick and easy and delivery is very prompt. Due to having a level driveway, I can have my pallet/crate positioned right next to my wood shed which is at the bottom of my back garden. The logs are properly seasoned to under 15% moisture content and cut to a consistent length which fit my stove perfectly.”

“Calido have been supplying us with kiln dried logs for a few years now and we have never been disappointed. The logs (we choose ash logs) burn well and are long lasting. The delivery service is first class, we are able to choose a delivery day which suits us and are always given a time slot which is a great help.”
