“Really pleased with our birch logs. All decent sizes, no small bits that can often gather when logs are delivered in bags. Logs perfectly dry and ready to use. Good value. Delivery made on our preferred date. Pallet well made and very secure”

“This is the second time that I have ordered Briquettes from Calido, they were delivered at no extra charge, and I live at the other end of the country, on the day specified and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful. I find that the briquettes are an excellent product, they burn well and produce plenty of heat on an open fire. I always take a few packs up to my 95 year old mother who still makes up and burns an open fire most winters day she loves them because they don't spit like the occasional log does.”

“The ordering and delivery was simple to do . I ordered in the shop and staff were really good . On delivery the driver phoned to say he was on his way and when he arrived the pallet was leaning over so was tight squeeze to get it down the path but the driver was excellent at moving pallet truck about can't fault the effort he put in to get it in position. The hole process of ordering and delivery was faultless will definitely use them again”
