“Good product, decent price, despatched on time - but they used APC for delivery, which is always disappointing as their service is terrible. I paid for next working day delivery but APC took four days - two days running they sent texts with delivery times but didn't turn up (and we were at home) and didn't answer the phone when I rang (many times) to chase up the parcel.”

“I spoke to a young lady about long range Ethernet requirements- 100 m If I had gone to Amazon I would have bought the wrong product because although I searched for Cat6A they only came up with Cat 6 I was advised to get outside grade Ethernet Cat6A She carefully explained the merits so I purchased 100 m I am not a busy customer but I will always go back for good advice and purchases Their prices are competitive”

“Could not have been more helpful with an urgent last-minute order, personal help from staff member on the phone and via email, tracing an order which arrived across the sea in good time. Good quality work of course.”
