“Purchased a number of Ethernet cables and found they were all the correct length and colour 😀. Seriously, there was a problem with delivery caused by the courier and the customer service team responded quickly and advised how the situation was being resolved. Cables arrived next day as promised. Everything you want from a online retailer.”

“The prices are good, and delivery is prompt. My only issue is that each cable is in a individual plastic bag, this creates a lot of plastic waste when you order lots of cables.”

“Cable was of excellent quality, unfortunately it came four days late despite ordering next day delivery. There was a covid delivery notice, but then don't charge, or allow for next day if you can't carry out the commitment.”
